Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

CopySight AI does not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is required for you to stop such activity. If you believe your information has been sold or shared in a way that violates your rights, or if you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us at privacy@copysight.ai.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Under CPRA, California residents may request that businesses limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide requested services or as otherwise permitted by law.

CopySight AI collects only limited categories of sensitive personal information, such as account credentials and payment-related data needed to operate the platform. We use sensitive personal information only to provide our services, secure our systems, comply with legal obligations, and support essential business operations — not for purposes that require a "limit use" opt-out under CPRA.

If you are a California resident and wish to limit how we use your sensitive personal information, email privacy@copysight.ai with the subject line "Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information." Include the email address associated with your CopySight account so we can verify your request. We will respond within 45 days, as required by applicable law.

Other California Privacy Rights

California residents may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and correct inaccurate information. Submit a request via our Privacy Request form, or contact privacy@copysight.ai. Details are in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
